WeaponsCollector.com (the "site") presents the Jack Williams Collection of Antique Weapons. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple and honest: this is a small informational website, and we collect very little.

1. What we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us, plus basic technical data handled by our hosting provider:

  • Mailing list. If you join the mailing list, we ask for your email address and, optionally, your name. We use these only to let you know when new items are added.
  • Inquiries. If you email or call us about an item, we keep what you tell us (your name, email address, and the details of your question) so we can respond.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically records standard server information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This is used to keep the site secure and to understand general traffic.

2. Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies set by Cloudflare. These are used for security and to stop automated bots (for example, when you submit the mailing-list form). We do not run advertising or analytics tracking, and we do not set our own tracking cookies.

You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works (for example, the mailing-list form may ask you to complete a verification step).

3. How we use your information

  • To send you the new-item notifications you signed up for;
  • To respond to your questions about items in the collection;
  • To administer and secure the website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who run the site on our behalf — currently Cloudflare (hosting and security) and our email provider — and only to the extent needed to operate the site. We may also disclose information if required by law or in connection with legal proceedings.

5. International transfers

The site is hosted in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to, and processed in, the United States.

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Unsubscribe. You can leave the mailing list at any time by emailing us.
  • Access and correction. You may ask us what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it.
  • Deletion. You may ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you.

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
